I’ve developed a Windows form application to be used in the technology department of the PTT İstanbul General Directorate. Thanks to this application, access to the information of all devices on the European side was provided. In addition, this application has an interface that indicates the status of the devices coming to the directorate because it is defective. Apart from this, I provided technical support to incoming calls to the technology department.
