Emrah Saridag

I started my career in Cyber Security by taking my first steps with my interest in computer and security systems before my undergraduate education, and further developing my curiosity through the organizations and scientific activities I participated in during the early years of university. Since my introduction to Cyber Security in line with my goals, I have positioned this field not only as a profession but also as a hobby activity that I will pursue throughout my life. It has been my greatest source of motivation in the efforts I have made to improve myself. By actively participating in community activities and social responsibility projects, which I have undertaken as extracurricular activities, and by attending events such as summits, trainings, hackathons, and CTFs organized by institutions in order to improve and advance my skills in my field, I have been able to enhance my experiences and establish connections with industry professionals. I have continued to develop my efforts, which started with online courses that I regularly follow, through the camps I attended, the academic trainings I received, and the internships I completed. As part of the Cyber Homeland Project, I conducted projects in the fields of SOC, Malware, Reverse Engineering, CTI, and WAF, receiving trainings from industry professionals in CTI and Malware. With my career that I started during my third year of university, I began to gain work experience in Project Management and CTI through my participation in projects even before graduating. During this process, I conducted conferences and presentations on Introduction to Cyber Security, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence for various universities and communities. I have worked on numerous projects in different fields and participated in competitions such as Teknofest Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, Autonomous Fighting UAV, and Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare as a finalist, captain, and team coordinator.
