As Co-owner and Managing Director of Dovetailors, I play a key role in shaping the company’s strategy, growth, and direction. Dovetailors is a specialist furniture design and manufacturing company, crafting innovative, high-quality pieces with a focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability. I joined over 15 years ago as the third team member, driven to help the company grow and reach its full potential. Since then, I’ve worked to build the processes, resources, and ethos that have enabled our transformation into a thriving team of 16. I’m especially passionate about working with natural materials like wood, a noble and tactile medium that inspires us to create thoughtful, beautiful designs.
