Duties and responsibilities Sales of the company's product , update dispatch till date , update S.O sales , scan invoice and send by mail or by hand to customers , use excels to reconcile account and payment details of our customer , input price into waybills, make a sales order and input price, make a works order and send to the factory for production, Enter payment of customer into the sales support system, prepare an LC for customer, and send to the bank for payment , call customers to give them the new price if there is any change in price, enter the price into our sale support system. deliver invoice to customer , receive document from customer for payment. attach sales order form to waybill and send to account for making of invoice. update LPO wise of customers. Prepare delivery order and send by mail to the factory for the delivery of good. etc
