In this role, I provided strategic communication advice to the Parkville EMR team to support the successful delivery of business case and joint communications approach across the four health services. This included leading the development of joint project identity to increase engagement and unite four different organisations in shared program vision, and delivery of consumer workshops at three Parkville health services to inform functional requirements of a new patient portal.

Published the Commission’s first annual report to Parliament in 2005. Note - Healthcare Commission was closed in 2009 and its responsibilities were taken over by the Care Quality Commission.
