Lead the New Hire Benefits on-boarding presentation on a weekly basis and work directly with all new hires to make sure that they understand their new benefits plans. Implemented a process for benefits on-boarding for employees in remote offices so all employees feel connected to AppNexus and our team in New York. Managed the Open Enrollment process for a company of 1000+ employees. Drafted and sent out employee communications, worked with our HRIS provider to build the interface, held office hours to answer employee questions, reviewed and approved all employee benefits changes, and coordinated with ADP and our vendors to deliver the files with all changes. Successfully converted our 401(k) plan to a new vendor that offers better costs, portfolios, and learning tools for our employees. Implemented ALEX, a customized benefits tool, in under a month and rolled out the tool to employees to assist with Open Enrollment. Received exceptionally high usage rates and strong positive feedback about the tool form our employees and executive staff.

•Orientation leader for 18 New Hire Onboarding sessions and Benefits Question and Answer sessions each calendar year. Received 2014 Outstanding Orientation Leader award. •Originated, implemented, and owned HealthyLife programs for The Advisory Board wellness program; such as the HealthyLife Registration Breakfast, HealthyLife Flex Hours, the StairMaster Challenge, and the Puppy Party. •Answer on average 80+ internal employee questions per month and hold phone and in-person meetings with employees to solve complex and confidential benefits related issues. •Maintain a deep level of knowledge surrounding company policies and procedures as well as our benefits plans such as our Paid Time Off plan, FMLA, STD, LTD, health insurance plans, and COBRA. •Successfully report to remote manager and team members in multiple locations. •Supported recruiting team as needed by scheduling interviews and corresponding with candidates, managing job postings, and generating and sending offer letters. •Suggested changes to remodel the New Hire Onboarding and Benefits Q&A presentations which resulted in more positive survey results from session attendees.

· Reviewed and statistically analyzed data which was gathered from 2011 SNAP-Ed training sessions · Designed a formative evaluation based on research findings and utilized these findings to provided recommendations for future SNAP-Ed trainings · Provided daily technical assistance and administrative support to the ACTIVE Life Programs' and ACTIVE Life Outreach/Trainings Departments

· Conducted quantitative research and disseminated results on children's understanding of gender · Collaborated with researchers from the UT Children's Research Lab in administering surveys to participants from early childhood though adolescence
