Carried out several large research projects, from investigating potential celebrity contacts to sourcing retailer support for fundraising activities. Managed the final edit of the charity's Annual Review. Helped to set up and run fundraising events. Found potential performers for the Winter Ball, the charity's flagship fundraising event. Wrote up biographies of celebrity supporters for particular events. Liaised by phone with supporters and suppliers. Took responsibility for proofreading key company documents such as the charity's partnership applications. Investigated potential PR agencies to promote event coverage. Reported back from the 'National Fundraising Convention' conference, the UK's biggest fundraising event, to staff who were unable to attend.

Taught ages 3 to 11 - sole responsibility for science and English lesson planning, joint responsibility for delivery. Generated creative lesson plans that inspire and engage as well as educate. Conveyed complex ideas in simple, concise English to Spanish children of a range of ages and class sizes. Motivated and managed pupils through a blend of authority, approachability, patience and dedication. Helped to build a successful learning environment by developing a rapport with my colleagues and pupils. Gave engaging presentations on general topics such as English life. Sat in on Parliamentary action and met with officials of Committees, developing my understanding of politics and introducing me to the level of application required to succeed in high-level roles. Performed a wide range of administrative tasks under time pressure, and was commended for carrying these out efficiently and successfully. 1. Marketing: Managed the development and distribution of the company's quarterly client newsletter to its multi-national blue-chip clients. Updated the website with regular new content, and set up and ran the company's social media accounts. Key liason for the company's lead generation business, ensuring their targets were in keeping with the business's priorities. Organised the company's events including the annual client seminar which was highly attended and received excellent feedback. Maintained and updated the client database. Created presentations for international conferences and our clients. 2. Market Research Conducted qualitative interviews. Wrote commentary for quantitative research reports. Analysed data and presented key findings from conducted qual and quant research.

Coordinate all below-the-line marketing activity across the charity to optimise supporter experience. Ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing campaigns. Prioritise campaigns using key marketing metrics and clash analysis. Support teams across the charity to improve product performance.
