V&C are a small team of premium talent specialists, taking a tailor-made approach to recruitment for clients in the luxury travel, goods, hospitality and fashion industries. Whilst managing the Knitwear Sales division, I set up a Jersey team, working with major high street retailers, including Next, Joules and Dunnes.

I led the Sales team supplying women's knitwear to major retailers including Urban Outfitters, River Island and Miss Selfridge.

I ran the entire womenswear division, leading the design team, overseeing operations from design, sale to delivery, supplying the high street including Top Shop, John Lewis and New Look.
