Responsible for managing all internal recruitment for both permanent and bank staff within the organisation. Managed the full cycle recruitment process from advertising the roles, organising panel at interview stage, recruitment events and hiring staff through to induction. Also the point of contact for all HR, safeguarding and employer relations issues and queries. Line managing agency staff and monitoring fill rates and spend.

Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for RFT, Managing the process and RFT databases. I carry out staff inductions, organise all interviews and assessment centres on a week by week recruitment campaign basis. I am also based at our Ipswich distribution centre as a point of contact in a HR capacity covering the south as required by the HR Manager.

My role specifically is to contribute to the provision of a high quality HR service. Managing the recruitment programme and database. Carrying out all staff Inductions, giving guidance and advice and any HR information as required.

Responsible for the full cycle recruitment of Franchises. Screening potential Franchisee's, running checks, running open days and recruitment days to asses suitability and producing and enforcing legal documents surrounding all investments. Made Redundant 31/12/2014
