Port of Melbourne's Channel Deepening Project. As a member of a team, I helped achieve Environmental compliance of the Project, to strict environmental limits. I ensured all data that went into the database, and was accurate.

I helped numerous students improve their spoken English, which was often proven through students' results in TOEFL tests.

Worked on the GESAC construction project. I recorded and registered correspondence between the Council, the Builder and other stakeholders. I set up and maintained Non-Compliance, Inspections and Defects Registers. I regularly issued Site Instructions to the Builder via email.

Commencing in a support role, I drove the error-checking and processing of rebate application forms for the Federal Government solar panel scheme. I managed a team to complete and lodge 600 rebate forms in 6 weeks, earning millions for the company.

I worked on the ExxonMobil Retail account. I worked with internal domestic & international clients to ensure the data in the database was accurate. I also prepared the template and figures for JCI's monthly reporting.

Through extensive use of MS Excel, I conducted mathematical modelling and data analysis for clients with extensive energy accounts, often resulting in large savings for the client. I also prepared templates and figures for clients' reports.
