Working for an award winning heritage social enterprise engaging museums, schools and communities with the past. Doing unexpected things in unusual places to engage, entertain and educate . Making the world a better place. During my time with Big Heritage I project managed the largest free "Pokemon Festival" in the world in official partnership with Niantic Inc and was responsible for developing a free school engagement programme . As Operations Director for Western Approaches HQ I lead the small team which took the museum for number 65 of "Things to do in Liverpool" on Trip Advisor to number 3 in 18 months , whilst building important links with the community and developing an Archive of the Battle of the Atlantic

Leading a diverse range of projects from wealth management through to customer complaints and service recovery

* Winner of 2010 Credit Card Awards - Best Technological Initiative * Responsible for migrating the UK's largest storecard portfolio to a new third party processor, impacting over 800 customer service staff and 3 million customers. Included Data migration , new front end and reporting systems and over 30 interfaces * Achieved from supplier selection criteria to migration in 23 months

Action Transport Theatre (ATT) is the only organisation of its kind in Cheshire and a recognised national leader in young people’s theatre –funded by Arts Council England (ACE) and supported by Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWaC). As a charity based in Ellesmere Port - an area with some of the highest levels of deprivation and child poverty in England (Index of Multiple Deprivation 2015) - we provide a lifeline for thousands of local children and young people through our participation and presented programme. Our venue ‘Whitby Hall’ has become an invaluable cultural hub, offering free and inclusive arts provision for young people who would otherwise have virtually no access to arts and creative opportunities. We present our own work alongside a diverse visiting programme, which offers a unique opportunity for local people and schools to see theatre from across the UK and internationally, on their doorstep.

As Non exec Director I took responsibility for the sale of Test Direct to Qualitest managing all aspects of the due diligence and negotiations alongside our professional advisors.

As Chief Executive I doubled the size and profitability of Test Direct in three years, winning and developing significant blue chip clients as well as improving the resilience and maturity of the company through robust processes and much improved management .
