The Corporate Security unit provides expertise and supports company-wide security strategy execution & framework implementation for the following Security Domains and Competence Areas: • Business Continuity Management • Crisis Management • Event Security • Executive Security • Physical Security • Security Incident Management • Security in High risk areas • Travel Security • Insider Threat Prevention The Corporate Security unit supports security competence development, job role development and maintenance, career models and awareness & training across Group Security’s areas of responsibility. RESPONSIBILITIES The Head of Corporate Security manages, develops and leads a team to deliver on the following primary responsibilities to achieve unit objectives: • Drive or support prioritized improvement initiatives /programs /projects • Develop methods, templates and tools needed to support security domain and competence area requirements and frameworks • Drive Group Crisis Management Council and facilitate global crisis situations • Drive FA Security Competence and CCM • Responsible for continuity management requirements and framework Head of Corporate Security is responsible for collaboration and contact with internal and external stakeholders in respective competence areas and security domains This role reports to the Head of Group Security and is a member of the Group Security leadership team

As Head of Security Operations at LME I am a part of the Group Security Leadership Team and have the strategic responsibility for maintaining and following up on the frameworks including the roles and responsibilities, ways of working and implementation of the following areas: Business Continutiy Management Crisis Management Event Security Executive Security Physical Security Security in High and Extreme Risk Areas Travel Security

As Head of Security I worked for all 6 companies in MTR Nordic Group on strategic and tactical level to increase the security and safety of the employees and travelers within the public transport system in Stockholm. Was responsible for Security Incident Management, Business Continuity Management, Intrusion, Threat and violence against employees, subcontractors and travelers, Internal Investigations and graffitti. I worked with Stakeholder Management such as SLL/Public Transport Authority, Security Guard Ccompanies, Swedish Police force, Municipality and Public officials. I was representing MTR at Almedalen politician week two years in a row, mainly talking about how to increase security in the public transport system.

I was appointed Municipality Police officer in the new organization meaning that I was responsible for all external stakeholder management including contact with Politicians, Private Enterprises, Public Officials, Local society and writing policy documents together with the relevant municipality aiming for decreasing the crimes in that specific area.

When the new Police Organization was initiated I was appointed as the Head of Skärholmen youth crime investigations unit and the operational youth crime unit. I was managing a group of 15 working both with crime investigations and crime prevention.

During the reorganization/ restructure of the Swedish Police force I was appointed the project member from Skärholmens Police Force to represent and to give feedback, insight etc to the Committee regarding the next step, best practices etc. During the project I conducted meetings with my own Police force/Police station as well as presented the material to the Project team, followed up on decisions taken, wrote reports and conducted both meetings in larger groups as well as one-on-ones to get input and to deliver facts and proposals.

Line Manager and Police Inspector at Skärholmens unit against youth crime. A unit of 6 Police officers working both preventative and patrolling with all crimes including youths up to the age of 18. Området sträcker sig från Vårberg till Liljeholmen.

Together with approximately 10 women within Söderorts POlice Force I was asked and took in the task to initiate and drive a female network to increase the amount of female leaders within Söderort Police Force. The Leadership Team found that too few female Police officers and civil employees applied for jobs in leading positions and to increase diversity and create equal opportunities we started a female network to discuss challenges and opportunities. We planned workshops, meetings and spread speaking points to support discussions at internal unit meetings to increase awareness and promote discussion.

After taking a Leadership Course I was working a the acting Head of Skärholmen Police station with tasks including but not exclusively: Operational planning Meeting planning and coordination External and internal stakeholder management I was leading and managing approximately 150 persons including day to day operations.

I worked at Skärholmen Poliskontor meaning working with local crimes in the municipality of Skärholmen mostly stakeholder management and preventative measures to both gain trust and prevent crimes. After a while I had the opportunity to take a basic leadership course to be able to take on greater responsibility.

I was appointed by the Leadership Team to drive a pre-study regarding the planning model of operational units at Skärholmen Närpolisstation including survey, interviews, analysis and presentation to both the Leadership team as a report and orally to the approximately 150 persons working at that station.

As a new Police Officer I had various roles at Skärholmen Närpolisstation such as but not exclusively Investigator, patrolling officer, youth crimes, narcotics, traffic related crimes

Assisting the Director of Global Employment Solutions with day-to-day activities such as: Invoicing Conference, hotels and business travel arrangements Arranging meetings and events Reviewing documents and producing presentation material I was also Team Leader for our group of Client Support Assistants in Global Employment Solutions consisting of in total 4 persons where my job was to engage, support and coordinate our tasks and deadlines.

I joined the company as back office employee including sales but was after a few months also supporting customers with work as receptionist, etc. I started working as a coordinator, matching the employees with customer needs.

Seven month long course were the following areas were covered: Economy, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management, Presentation skills, Organisation planning, Information Security Management, Insurance, Physical Security, Risk Management, Systematic Fire Prevention, Internal Investigations and Report writing.

Leadership course for 1 year at Linneaus University on behalf of Rikspolisstyrelsen covering both leadership and management within the Swedish Police force.
