I currently work at Escalla managing a caseload of Digital Marketing Apprentices working in the North West. This is a new apprenticeship and is being offered in the North West and across London. Based at the Crewe Training Centre, I am responsible for classroom management, course material and lesson planning. I assess and monitor the progress of a caseload of Apprentices and deliver Functional Skills Level 2 ICT, Personal Learning and Thinking Skills, Employee Rights and Responsibilities and City and Guilds Digital Marketing. All learners receive Individual Advice and Guidance and are encourage to progress onto further courses or training within their company. I design and manage administrative procedures related to the apprenticeships, and ensure effective communication of these procedures. I strive to maintain standards across the business and motivate learners to achieve high quality work, guiding and assessing apprentices through the Diploma of Competence (formally NVQ).
