Working with ex-offenders and Offenders in the community and within the HMP - I was responsible for Recruitment, training and supervision of Volunteers: matching of clients: Case Management and weekly/monthly reporting. Delivery of Workshops within the Prisons and working with the offender pre-lease.

With over 10 years of Managerial experience in Hotel Hospitality, Revenue Management and Training I am able to deal with all eventualities from dealing with customers, client accounts and everyday staffing issues. I have worked with and been in charge of Sales Revenue accumulating to £3.1 million, budgeting and forecasting yearly revenue Statistics, formulating a training and development programme to achieve targets and goals set by the company, hence leading to team fulfilment, customer satisfaction and company revenue growth.

Learning and acting out different case studies for MA & BA students within Social Services in the Universities. I have to think on my feet quickly and be responsive to the situation that I am faced with. I am adaptable and able to change into different characters instantly which then prompts the student on how I should be dealt with their field of work. All the acting is Improvised so I have to be able to change from different characters, personalities and emotions - being re-active at all times. Based on my acting ability and the reaction of the student on the case study, is all dependant on them going out into the community, going on their work placement or passing their studied field.

Pact’s volunteer mentors support offenders in custody and community to prepare for release and successfully resettle into their local communities. Volunteer mentors support the delivery of the NOMS CFO3 Programme, working alongside multi-agency Case Managers to provide practical help, advice and guidance, as well as motivation and understanding. As the Lead Volunteer Co-ordinator, I will manage my team of Volunteer Co-ordinators, who recruit, train, match and support volunteers from all corners of our communities to meet service demand. My role is critical in ensuring that we provide the right structure, recruitment practices, training, and support for our volunteers to carry out this important work. The role requires experience of managing volunteer programmes and an ability to oversee the activities of a multi-site team of Coordinators operating across the South East region.
