I am a highly motivated Architectural Engineering student at Cal Poly SLO. I have always been eager to learn how buildings are designed and constructed, leading me to pursue a degree in the ARCE program that provides students with a balance between architecture and structural engineering. In addition to my interest in structures, I am very passionate about international development and sustainable engineering in developing communities. This interest has intensified with my role as Project Manager for Engineers Without Borders at Cal Poly. I am currently leading the design of a water distribution and filtration system for a community located in Nicaragua.
