• Managed the Central Trials Management Approach ensuring that the UK Leadership Team had oversight of all trials taking place, to make sure we focused our resources on trials that deliver the greatest benefits for customers, colleagues and the business • Driving forward improvements in how trials are set-up, run and evaluated across the business • Provided Trial Managers with coaching and best practice on how to run a trial • Collation of trials reports and analysis • Managed trials Natural Work Team meeting, facilitated weekly team meeting, away days and store visits • Programme Management: worked on the £500m Building a Better Tesco Programme; collation of periodic ABCDs and Annual Plans; updated Customer Plan to see any movements in the overall plan • Managed 5 UK Board meetings: driving agenda content to successfully land the UK Business Plan; write up, distribute and drive the timely delivery of next steps; write up summary of pre-read items for meeting that is then sent out as an inform to Group CEO, UK Board and international Board Directors; Managed the Ipad app ‘Boardpad 2’ and provide support for any technical issues • Project Management: Created and developed team SharePoint site • Engagement with Board members, Directors and key stakeholders of the UK Business on a daily basis

• Supported several UK Board meetings organising complex meeting logistics, overseeing next steps, agendas and item timings to ensure all meetings run smoothly and efficiently • Responsible for the UK Governance Pack, monitor 13 key meetings Terms of Reference for changes, and when needed amend these details • Recommended for a move to a bigger role by Director in wider team

• Amended and updated legally binding Memorandum and Articles of Association under the 2006 Companies Act • Awarded ‘Tesco Value’ Award for filing all statutory accounts on time at Companies House • Responsible for writing minutes, compiling packs for director’s duties and uploading documents to Blueprint • Compile statistical information on shares in subsidiary companies, prepare reports and spreadsheets • Made department paperless
