Key aspects of my role include; Projects: International Content Project planning for major Language and Licence releases to countries all over the globe. International Content Project Management for new developments and existing functionality improvements. Data analysis for all project stages and presentation of relevant information to key stakeholders. Recruitment/Team Management: Recruitment for the International Content Team at all levels. Daily management and support for a team of 150; Management, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Sub-Editors, Business Analysts and Translators. Creation of plans and improvement of existing methods to enhance training for both in-house and remote employees. Content Management: Writing, editing and proofreading of content published to the bet365 Help, Careers and RG sites. Approval of all content created by the team on the above sites prior to publication. Major Sports Events content planning to enhance the customer journey.
