-Compiled scientific and practical knowledge to inform North Carolina’s Early Childhood Councils on how the state can achieve and track the goals in their Early Childhood Action Plan, an initiative focused on young children’s physical health, social and emotional well-being, cognitive development, and learning competencies -Explored existing early childhood social emotional health screeners and crafted potential screener implementation plans for North Carolina to meet its 2025 targets -Conducted interviews and held focus groups with key stakeholders to identify and solicit feedback to the council -Collaborated on a literature review paper, a peer-reviewed article, and a manuscript describing our findings and recommendations

- Drove restructuring efforts, financial modeling, and scenario planning for three public sector clients - Advanced a 13-week cash flow model to project liquidity - Produced a K-12 COVID test budgeting model in excel to advise school reopening decisions and inform a state's testing budget - Led research for white paper drafts with another intern to advance internal business development efforts in the education sector

-Empowered two high school women to pursue higher education and guided them in their application process -Created a blog with content ranging from ACT prep to personal advice pieces -Taught digital media skills to 50 middle school girls by training them in Adobe Premiere Elements -Helped translate girls’ reflections on their female-Appalachian identity into cinema

-Managed data entry for the program Partnering for Excellence (PFE), an intervention to help over 2000 children in the welfare system receive trauma assessments -Composed literature reviews

-Managed a classroom of 12 eighth grade refugee students -Directed a classroom of mentors

-Spearheaded an annual marketing plan -Fostered cohesive branding between Colorado CASA and its eighteen local county programs
