• Preparation of financial performance reports to ExCo and investors • Preparation of planning data and forecasts for investment structures/companies by using sound modelling • Active involvement in the planning process: KPI analysis and consistency check, business planning, data upload, presentation preparation. • Analyze the gap between actual and budget KPIs of real estate investment activities • Further development and implementation of effective controlling tools, methods and procedures • Delivery of investment data (e.g. FV of participations) and returns into various financial reports including analysis and proper presentation of the output

- Analysis of CAPEX (Capitale Expenditures) and depreciations of the Company BuyIn - current status and forecast over a three-year horizon in cooperation with the Finance Service team and the budget holders concerned
