* Processing monthly journal entries and adjustments * Ensuring all creditor invoices are correctly captured and authorised * Processing accurate and timely payment of supplier accounts * Maintain fixed asset register * Monthly expense variance analysis * Communicating with suppliers in regards to account queries and statements * Banking duties including liaising with the account manager on various issues, creating bank and international money transfers * Management and review of Corporate credit cards, expenditure processing of 150+ credit cards with a value of $100K+ per month * Management of production campaign invoices and liaising with the Production Manager for campaign queries * Systems improvement of accounting software including liaising with IT department * Supporting the various operational areas with their department expenditure * Liaising with internal and external auditors * Assisting with general administration tasks

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Responsible for processing cash and EFTPOS payments * Answering queries from customers * Balancing cash registers with receipts * Responsible for dealing with customer complaints/ refunds * Involved in stock control and management.
