Worked at an AI SaaS company that was developing AI/ML/DL applications for FinTech companies. Got involved in lead generation, marketing, and sales activities. Participated in creating a marketing campaign that focused on CTOs, CEOs, and CROs that wanted to implement AI into their FinTech applications.

Dealt with more than 5000 tickets in 5 months on Zendesk for a food delivery start-up that raised $15m. Needed to leave because the company was moving towards insolvency. Was able to score 9.3/10 SAT on the customer satisfaction scale. Had the privilige of working with many crossfunctional departments from marketing to operations, and HR to finance.

First experience at a Q-commerce company. One of the first hires in Prenzlauer Berg area. Been sent to different hubs to teach and support other shift leaders and colleagues because of the extraordinary performance and execution been shown. Been offered a shift leader role after graduation, but wanted to move into tech and sales.
