Managing the purchasing team Developing strategies and establishing supplier relationships by following short -medium- long term interests of the company. Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks; Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy; Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures; Control and track purchasing and delivery processes and also Processes payments and invoices; Working to improve purchasing systems and processes; Ensuring and controlling the functioning of the procurement unit in accordance with the procedures; Sourcing global channels for tin plate, metal industry, coating chemicals, inks, packaging materials, spare parts, machines, consumatives and Domestic and Export Logistics. Preparing the monthly reports, including MRP Managing and controlling all the operations related with sourcing: import, logistics, customs, banks, domestic procurements. Developing continous cost-reduction and saving strategies for all the sourcing chanells Coordinate inwards proccessing licence and investment incentive certificate activities of the company
