Wrote training materials targeted toward hospital physicians on a proprietary Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software that improves Medicare patient outcomes and cuts costs. Over three years, responsible for recruitment, selection, and onboarding of 120 STEM undergraduate students interested in graduate coursework leading to teaching careers in math/science. Wrote proposals and SOWs for new projects and grants, led discovery meetings, and pitched to clients. Created, developed and managed 87 promotional programs and targeted marketing campaigns from inception to completion across various platforms and relevant markets. Worked collaboratively with clients, accounts, creative, and scientific to ensure smooth workflow of projects. Disease states covered: urology, obstetrics, gynecology, oncology, pediatric neurology, and hereditary genetic syndromes. Actively managed daily account operations for print/digital projects, in-person and live-stream product theatres, congresses, advisory boards, KOL speaker trainings, and roundtable meetings. Worked collaboratively with medical team to create scientific content for physician and nurse audiences for CE/CME accreditation: slide decks, virtual learning modules, peer-reviewed journal articles, and enduring materials. Built and maintained relationships with clients, faculty members, and professional organizations. Navigated materials through clients’ medical/legal regulatory requirements and submission platforms. Oversaw team of coordinators and independent contractors to execute each project.

Managed logistics for promotional programs for ~150-500 attendees: venue selection, food and beverage, audio visual, and contracts/budget management for all. Attended live events to oversee event logistics including on-site booth promotion, attendee registration, faculty speaker management, material distribution, food/beverage and audio visual set-up, audience Q&A facilitation, and post-event surveys.

Wrote copy for promotional medical marketing materials: mailers, brochures, posters, and print and online advertisements. Wrote copy for company website.
