I oversee digital operations, ad campaign execution, and operational scaling across Vector Media's multi-market OOH network. As Project Manager for the LA Street Amenities Transformation Program (STAP)—one of the company's highest-profile ventures—I manage a cross-functional digital rollout across multiple formats and geographies. I lead a team of 5 direct reports across three markets (LA, Orange County, Maryland) and partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, real estate, operations, and support teams to drive inventory management, campaign delivery, and operational excellence. Inventory Operations Manager
As the Inventory Operations Manager for the public transit team, it's my responsibility to make sure designated markets have their various media entered into the database for charting and management. I assist markets and teams in optimizing their inventory, adding or updating their inventory, and I help train team members to schedule and manage their market's inventory accordingly. I am often involved in various initiatives and project rollouts as they relate to inventory and operations.

Chartist & Office Coordinator
Milwaukee, WI
As a member of the Vector Media team here in Milwaukee, it's my job to help oversee the placement of advertisements on transit shelters and buses in Milwaukee County. I work closely with the sales team and operations team to create work orders, schedule advertisers, provide follow-up reporting, and to provide top-notch customer service. I've recently become part of a team to create an official inventory system to be used by inventory managers and operations team members. Using my past experiences I've been able to provide useful ideas and advice. I've also begun training parts of the new inventory system to various team members throughout the company.

Chartist/Inventory Manager
Pewaukee, WI
As the Chartist/Inventory Manager I was responsible for a number of day to day items including: * Assisting the sales staff in driving revenue by generating sales proposals that meet client objectives and produce results. * Managing ongoing campaigns and making necessary schedule and creative changes. * Working with Operations department in managing plant appearance. * Working with Real Estate department in managing sign revenue in relation to lease costs. * Working with Sales and Marketing departments to create sales packages. * Generating and entering sales contracts and all related paperwork in a timely manner so that invoices are generated and revenue is allocated correctly. * Working with revenue management to price individual sites and establish discount matrices. All of these responsibilities required me to have extensive knowledge of the out-of-home industry and advertising in general. I needed to be a problem solver and incredibly detail-oriented in a very fast-paced environment. Since I worked with so many departments, I had to communicate clearly and effectively and be a great team player. During my time at Clear Channel Outdoor, I worked on several initiatives to drive plant occupancy and generate more revenue. In 2015, our branch experienced great success with an initiative to take low occupancy inventory and generate revenue. I was directly involved with re-pricing and discounting inventory and helped account executives put sales proposals together using this inventory. This initiative led the branch to generate an additional half million dollars in revenue between the second and third quarters.

Biller
Roadrunner Transportation Systems
Cudahy, WI
As a biller for Roadrunner Dawes Transportation Services, I was responsible for taking different types of invoices from my designated terminal and translating them into the company formatted invoice. Billers were required to generate a certain number of invoices per hour and I had no issues meeting that quota. Within four months of being hired, I was certified to create invoices for Hazmat materials.

POP Photographer
Pewaukee, WI
As a Proof of Performance Photographer for Clear Channel Outdoor, I was responsible for photographing all of the inventory in southeastern Wisconsin and maintaining the database of photographs to be used for creating proof of performance reports. The reports were given to clients as proof of installation and preceded invoices clients received. Many clients would not pay invoices until they received POP reports, which meant that I had to ensure reports were sent out in a timely fashion. Clear Channel Outdoor also had a set service guarantee that had to be met. All photos necessary for a POP had to be shot and delivered to the client within 5 business days. I would also take photographs for internal marketing purposes and for clients when photo shoots were necessary.

Marketing, Sales & Creative Assistant
Waukesha, WI
While attending Carroll University, I was able to do an internship with Bielinski Homes as their marketing, sales and creative assistant. Upon graduation I was hired part-time to continue my role. I was responsible for creating and maintaining sales materials for the sales staff, in addition to working with the creative director and marketing manager in creating print ads and other promotional materials for the company.
