Leading a cross-functional team, I cultivated partnerships with clinicians, researchers and administrators throughout the enterprise and industry. Primary oversight responsibilities include managing Steele Institute operations, Geisinger Innovation Ventures, Clinical Redesign & Remote Patient Monitoring, the Intelligent Automation Hub and Payment Transformation (Keystone ACO) efforts at Geisinger.

Strategy, digital architecture and M&A experiences were the focus of this role. Built and maintained complex analytic reports for nursing, therapy, and IRFPAI’s from the data captured to offset the limitations of EHR. Trained users and continuously running QA testing of the SQL dashboard for each hospital. Collaborated with a team to build a web-based data platform to enable patient management for operators of post-acute network. Partnered with development team to oversee/assist in organization rollout of electronic medical record system and new transcription platform across 20+ hospitals. For each new hospital go-live, assisted in managing and building customized cross walk and order sets for charge entry system with 3 team members. Business development skills enhanced through: Managing enterprise-wide planning for new post-acute and behavioral health business development, mergers, acquisitions and partnership opportunities within 25 states. Developing joint-venture partnerships with acute care hospitals.
