Working on QA's Major Accounts Team, I am responsible for supporting both BT and Experian and ensuring their business learning and development needs are met. Specialising in; > Technical Training > Service Management > Project and Programme Management > Business Systems Development > Business Applications > Leadership and Management > Bespoke delivery I pride myself on working closely with Procurement, Learning and Development and the Business itself, to ensure I offer a full 360 service and can provide relevant, bespoke solutions to fulfil my clients needs.

I focused on placing Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Physics and Maths graduates into a large number of organisations (ranging from start ups, SME's to large Blue Chip Corporate companies across the south of England. I Worked for 2 years as a sales consultant in the Liverpool One store my focus was on exceptional customer service to ensure customers would return to Office instead of our main competitors.
