VVC is a publicly traded Canadian mining and exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V:VVC). The acquisition process was initiated on December 21, 2020 when the Company acquired the first 10% of the Company. It then completed its full due diligence and has now acquired the remaining 90%. TSX Venture Exchange has approved the transaction. PHC is a Wyoming Corporation focused on helium exploration and development, primarily in the western US. PHC's initial target project is located in Kansas and currently comprises 69 leases covering 13,760 acres known as the Syracuse Helium Project.

Designed and directed mining and minerals program to revitalize Afghan economy and enhance stability and security gains through transparent development of mineral resources. Led effort with Afghanistan Ministry of Mines (MoM) to award concessions for four copper and gold deposits in six provinces of Afghanistan. Developed and led mining program to promote stability in key areas of Afghanistan. Led efforts with Afghan government to create deposit development prioritization and process for MoM and Afghan Geological Survey that increased the capability of the Ministry and the Survey through partnership and on-the-job field training for AGS scientists. Led over 50 government employees and private sector experts, including US Geological Survey teams, international lawyers and financial experts, drilling teams, and military personnel in operations in Afghanistan. Completed ground and remote sensing surveys of over 27 areas throughout Afghanistan. Represented program in international media.

Supported IBM Federal Sector clients in supply chain management, technical integration, and program execution roles both domestically and overseas.
