Experience

Project Manager
Operations Research and Social Justice Lab at Northeastern University
Boston, Massachusetts, United States
I oversaw lab operations by monitoring project progress, organizing relevant events, and maintaining accurate documentation related to conference plans and student status. I also served as the point person for marketing related deliverables and intra-lab communications.

Systems Test Engineering/Design Verification Co-op
Billerica, Massachusetts, United States
I worked on running tests for insulin delivery systems developed by the company in accordance with their SOPs and Work Instructions. I was also the leader of equipment management efforts where I monitored and track various company-owned testing equipment as it circulated between employees and the office as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and regular testing use.

Design Quality Assurance Co-op
Marlborough, MA
I worked with the members of the Endoscopy DQA Team to complete documentation updates associated with MDR requirement changes. These changes required attention to detail and great organizational skills so no information would be lost during the updates along with complaint analysis and data pooling. Throughout this process I was able to work cross functionally with several other departments to confirm and align on information. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all employees were told to work remotely resulting in the development of my time management and communication skills. Despite being remote, I was fortunate to work on a Hackathon Innovation Team in addition to my normal responsibilities and experienced brainstorming, design development, and the intellectual property disclosure process.

Rink Guard, Cashier, and Announcer
Hauppauge, NY
I was responsible for the safe operation and normal maintenance of the ice arena through the performance of light custodial duties and distribution of rental skates. I also monitored public session skating with a team member to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons when eighty to one hundred people would be on the ice. I would also assist in giving customers information regarding ice skating lessons and schedules during the busiest hours while also handling customers' payments for tickets into the ice arena. As an announcer I would introduce performers in various skating showcases and competitions to ensure that the event ran on time while also controlling the music for the performers so they could have the right cue to begin their performance.
