* Founded a BeyondMe team within PwC to support a charity set up a Customer Relationship Management system to better manage and get more from their relationships. Role involved * Communicating and building a rapport with charity client to ensure the client's trust in us to deliver * Delegating key tasks between the team, keeping the team motivated and the voluntary project progressing * Arranging and leading team meetings, both internally and with the project partner

Worked at a festival serving ales. Built strong relationships with managers leading to more responsibilities.Also responsible for tills and floats, counting and banking cash and reporting issues to managers. Able to stay motivated and keep up customer service over long shifts, able to work under pressure in fast pace environment due to large crowds, able to handle a large variety of customers and keep a level head if problem occurs

* o Training towards qualification in Statistical Analysis System (SAS) application and programming language. * o Manipulating large datasets using SAS on a daily basis. * o Produce SAS-coded-output presentations * o Working with UCAS survey data to produce a written report of findings to further understand reasoning and trends of higher education access over recent years. * o Recent piece of analysis published in UCAS End of Cycle Report, on suitability of post 16 qualifications to degree course. Additionally published an analysis note then featured in The Times and The Times Higher Education on the differences across subjects by sex.

o Treasurer of Enactus Leicester. Kept detailed accounts in Excel, (handling society cash flow) withdrawing and depositing money into the account, ensuring good communication with project leaders to produce and practice budget plans/targets. Attended weekly committee meetings involving discussion of the general running of the society. o Project member of Enactus. Significant contribution to the creation of a social enterprise working with asylum seekers to make and sell truffles. Particular position in the purchasing of equipment and the teaching of skills to beneficiaries, both practical and basic business theory. Strong teamwork and communication needed whilst developing my creativity and problem solving to overcome difficulties within project. o Member of Enactus National Competition Team. Presented projects to business professionals. Developed my interpersonal, time management and creativity skills as we worked in a close team writing scripts, practicing and presenting. Received support from Alumni to further develop presentation skills and confidence.

Activities and Societies: Completed Duke of Edinburgh’s Silver Award Competed in gymnastic competitions, such as GISGA

Activities and Societies: Enactus - previously member of a project and part of the presentation team, currently treasurer. Been part of various sports societies including societies for skiing, ultimate frisbee, rock climbing. Completed a Leicester Award for Tomorrow's Managers with on-line blog.
