My primary responsibility is to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. In addition, I am in charge of creating content that both engages employees and keeps stakeholders informed about the project's implementation. This results in to increase in benefits realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Digital talent acquisition and development globally. My responsibilities are focused on three areas of performance: Strategy, Delivery, and Team Building.

Aligning business objectives with employees in designated business units. Serving as a consultant between the Executive HR Management and the employees on Human Resource-related issues, assess and anticipate HR-related needs. Formulating partnerships across the business functions assigned to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Acting as a confidante on operational issues, offering support and advice, and being able to brief Managing Director on operational incidents. Proactively manage and plan events, plan and arrange agendas, packs, minutes, and action follow-ups. Build a relationship with Executive team and all operational departments, involvement in operational changes to ensure Managing Director is up to date on all business activity. Identify opportunities to improve business operational processes, implement and integrate this into the day-to-day operation.

Lead the development and implementation of the High Commission’s communication strategy in line with the overall strategic objectives. Implement and coordinate all strategic initiatives associated with internal and external communication. Key custodian of investor and Diaspora database. Initiate and develop communication strategies intended to inform the public of the activities and achievements of the government of Rwanda. Develop strategic partnerships with key organizations and maintain excellent working relationships between the High Commission and key external institutions.
