Supervise daily grain elevator operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, and blending of grain. Direct and coordinate train and truck traffic for inbound and outbound shipments. Lead and support a team of operators, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Monitor grain inventory and facility conditions to maintain efficient handling and storage. Oversee safety programs, inspections, payroll, ordering, elevator management, and lead meetings. Manage SOPs and implement safe work plans to drive operational consistency. Coordinate record retention, billing, and reporting in partnership with accounting. Oversee preventive maintenance on grain handling equipment, including drags, legs, PLCs, high rollers, stackers, and steel bins. Provide guidance and assistance with scale house operations and rail/truck loading & unloading. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce downtime.
