GirlBoss Edge: Primary Industries Edition is a highly selective leadership accelerator programme for high-school aged young women. Through this 10 day programme, I underwent high-level leadership training and received transformative mentoring from New Zealand's leading primary industry professionals. I worked in collaboration with the Ministry for Primary Industries to solve real world problems through the 'MPI Challenge'. Through this experience, I have been motivated and energised to continue to achieve my goals and possibly pursue a career in the primary industries.
