During my time at APTI I was responsible for managing a team of thirteen casual trainer and assessors, administration staff and students with a variety of individual needs. My role involved planning, designing and delivering training and assessment for a variety of internal and external clients. Providing ongoing professional development, performance management and coaching for all trainers at APTI, including induction processes. I was responsible for management of small to medium projects; liaising with external stakeholders, ensuring time lines and budgets are met.
