I am an extremely hard-working and organized. My objectives for teaching is as follows: I will commit myself to be a life-long learner. I will teach meaningful lessons that my students can relate to their lives. I will study and follow the Common Core State Standards. I will commit to parental involvement in my classroom by sending updates, emails, and newsletters home with my students. I will be a team player in what ever school I may work in. As a sales associate for Justice, I greeted, assisted, and checked out customers. It always placed a smile on my face knowing that I was able to help mothers/grandmothers/friends/aunts pick out an outfit or a gift for a child by getting to know the child's personality. This job has helped me become a multi-tasker, organizer, and a role model, which are beneficial skills to have to become and effective educator. At the end of my shifts, I often self-reflected on myself and wondered "what have I done today to help my customers? What else can I do to further help them?"
