Advanced Cotopaxi’s sustainability initiatives and circular solutions for its outdoor recycled apparel and backpacks. Prepared and analyzed Scope 2 & 3 carbon emission data for annual reporting disclosure, SBT, and internal metrics. Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate circularity strategies in the value chain. Contributed to the Circularity section in Cotopaxi’s 2024 Impact Report, highlighting its progress, programs, and priorities. Wrote industry benchmark report on apparel sector trends, standards, and best practices to guide Cotopaxi’s strategies. Created a cost-impact matrix and model measuring carbon savings per dollar investment in EOL programs to evaluate interventions. Presented research findings to company leadership to recommend the best circularity and industry practices. Execute events focused on academic and career development, including skills-building workshops and conferences. Manage and allocate a $25k budget to foster student engagement and community for the IEGC specialization. Serve as the primary liaison to foster strong relationships between current and prospective students, faculty, and alumni.

Taught students industrial ecology foundational knowledge, methods and hard skills, such as LCA, EEIO, and MFA. Worked with TAs to hold review sessions and office hours, and provided guidance to improve subject expertise. Developed teaching curriculum with the professor to reinforce industrial ecology tools.

Partnered with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the Global Greenchem Innovation and Network Programme is a 6-year initiative with the overarching goal to increase green chemistry innovation around the world and create opportunities that will accelerate green chemistry adoption to minimize the use of hazardous materials including Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs). The role includes developing business and green chemistry curriculum for entrepreneurs in accelerator programs across multiple countries, including Jordan, Indonesia, Peru, Serbia, Uganda, and Ukraine.

Engage across YSE, SOM, Office of Career Development, and student leaders on campus to identify career opportunities. Manage and host panels and activities supporting various student career pursuits, from sustainable finance to agriculture. Work with CBEY staff and professionals to determine interest in traditional and non-traditional career paths for students.

Conducted economic, statistical, and financial analysis to support expert testimony in high-stakes litigation. Applied data skills and statistical knowledge to casework across antitrust, product liability, and securities industries. Worked with senior staff and legal experts to develop case strategy and prepare for deposition and trial testimony, and managed junior analysts estimating damages in multi-billion dollar class action cases. Analyzed terabytes of app usage and revenue data in Excel and R to assess anti-competitive effects of tech firm’s app store policies. Applied quantitative tools to analyze first-party qualitative data, such as survey results, participant interviews, and contracts. Created and presented multiple PowerPoint decks, translating esoteric methodologies and data results. Organized workflows across multiple cases and competing deadlines to ensure high-quality and punctual deliverables. Co-Head of Firmwide LGBTQ+ Affinity Group Led and molded Cornerstone’s first LGBTQ+ Affinity Group spanning across 8 offices in the US and UK. Formed the Leadership Committee to manage and streamline projects and events. Implemented policy changes and achieved Cornerstone’s first HRC’s Corporate Equality Index Equality 100 Award. Supervised $15k budget and held monthly meetings and socials to build a safe space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies. Spearheaded the first firm-wide intersectional event and collaborated with leaders of all identity-affiliated Affinity Groups. Co-Head of CRNY Green Team Spearheaded environmental office-wide events and initiatives to implement and inspire sustainable changes. Oversaw 20 employees and $5k budget to facilitate action and dialogue in the office through volunteering and challenges. Collaborated with office facilities team to create a greener office space and vegetarian options for biweekly staff meals. Created an Earth Week Sustainability Challenge resulting in 15% carbon footprint reduction across two offices.

Managed e-commerce platforms for a tech start-up focused on providing consumers sustainable and ethical brands. Onboarded and collaborated with 25 new partner brands, increasing DoneGood’s brand marketplace by 35%. Streamlined UX experience through implementation and optimization of filters, reviews, size charts, and value badges.

Won 1st place in the final pitch competition among 32 passion project start-ups for best social business venture. Lead a project team of 4 to tackle the U.N.’s SDG Zero Hunger along an 8-week social tech entrepreneurship program. Innovated a one-stop mobile platform to combat food waste among food businesses and boost donations for non-profits.

Led one of two women’s professional business organizations on campus, consisting of 14 executive board members and 60+ general body members. Curated and instructed business curriculum spanning 12 sessions teaching members hard and soft skills each semester. Managed the mentorship program of 40 members to encourage professional growth and promote women empowerment.
