* Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintain job descriptions and the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) * Actively recruit for interns and entry-level/management positions * Maintain monthly organizational charts for all departments * Assist with onboarding including, conducting new hire orientation, processing paperwork and benefit administration * First point of contact for payroll, benefit and general HR questions * Assist with timesheet entries to ensure accuracy of exempt/non-exempt associates‘ pay * Maintain and distribute weekly/monthly reports and database * Complete corporate employment verifications, produce new hire and separation packets and responsible for administrative process with limited direction from supervisor * Being the head of the Health and Wellness group I plan/execute department and company-wide events. * Other duties and special projects as assigned.
