Provided design leadership within Global Digital Design channel. Created marketing visuals for seasonal initiatives and product launches across converse.com, email marketing and paid media. Supported team designers with feedback and guidance throughout projects. Oversaw conceptualization, construction and execution of seasonal Visual Centers, comprised of guidelines, color, type and layout styles, rules and best practices.

Provided art direction and design for product campaigns in the Sport style category, from concept to final deliverables. Pitched design and photography concepts to leadership and talent, selected photographers, stylists, and models, worked with production teams and designers to ensure all work met standards of quality, timeliness and budget. Worked with external agency partners for special initiatives to ensure brand-right work.

Managed a small team as player/coach, creating marketing materials for the North American region. Oversaw the design process, mentored designers and reviewed their work, managed schedules to ensure on-time delivery, established and led review and feedback process between design team and stakeholders.

Created custom design solutions and product lines for the Tree-Free brand. Managed individual projects.
