Specialized in adult ICU nutrition support, providing expertise in malnutrition assessment and parenteral/enteral nutrition management with close monitoring of therapy effectiveness. Delivered medical nutrition therapy for critical care, renal, diabetic, gastrointestinal, and cardiac patient populations. Provided outpatient counseling for weight management, diabetes, and heart disease, and offered nutrition care for special care nursery patients, including growth assessment and intervention. Managed comprehensive nutrition care for residents in a 180-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility, specializing in geriatric and post-acute care.
