As a Student Worker for Liberty University Recruitment, I assist Corporate Education Specialists in promoting over 250 online Undergraduate, Graduate, and Post-Graduate degrees to individuals of Fortune 500 companies, corporations, and organizations. Liberty University partners with organizations to offer special tuition discounts and benefits for their employees with zero cost to their employer. Assist the administrative staff with new employee set-ups -Assist the administrative staff in taking paperwork to and from departments as needed as well as running other office errands -Assist in managing 6 document centers -Manage and bring the Liberty University Online Calendars to ensure there are no overlaps or double bookings for conference rooms -Update floor layouts -Log faxes throughout the day -Process and maintain mail and mailboxes -Greet guests and connect them with the correct department -Ensure coffee is always made and available to the office

* Import transcripts from students * Log and process each transcript * Prepare and send out money checks along with transcripts to institutions and universities * Prepare transcript request forms to be sent to perspective students
