Advanced Feedback, Inc is a mystery shopping/market research company that services clients in the United States and Canada. As an account manager I was responsible for responding to lead inquiries, drafting service requests, proposal follow up and account set up to include client portal, shop instructions, survey generation and scheduling. I was also responsible for processing payments to Independent Contractors, billing clients, and collection on overdue accounts. In addition, I scheduled, reviewed, edited and delivered video mystery shops to clients to include updating private client website pages.

At SPAWAR, I was an administrative assistant servicing a staff of approximately 70 people including direct support to Director for Contracts (SES) and the Deputy Director for Contracts (Captain, USN). While my duties focused on executive assistance, I also had the opportunity to participate in numerous special projects. Key accomplishments include: -Developed a document log system to enhance efficiency related to tracking documents requiring different signatures - achieved measurable efficiencies. -Created an organization-wide database for labor rate comparisons related to different contracts. Continually collected data and maintained an accurate information source for the Contracts Directorate. Prepared and delivered a briefing to executive leadership regarding applications of the database, which is currently widely used throughout the Directorate.
