Developed an application workflow using FormBuilder to streamline connections between microbiology faculty and students for campus research, enhancing efficiency and engagement. Partnered collaboratively to refine the workflow's structure, ensuring adherence to university regulations and optimized user experience by eliminating error flow and glitches.

Worked with four graduate students and other team members on a study involving thirty-two piglets, coordinating to complete daily tasks such as feeding, weighing piglets, and data collection for research. Collected tissue samples to investigate the effects of prebiotics in infant formula and the connection between piglet diets and object recognition.

Served as a liaison for 20 clients and the company owner to manage all pet needs and schedules. Organized schedules for company employees and accommodated for special circumstances.

Collaborated with the director of the company to ensure client satisfaction with fabric samples. Self-managed the sorting and mailing of various samples to potential clients.
