Validation and Operational Readiness Review Team Global On – boarding/ Automation and On – boarding Engineering, Operations Engineering and Excellence I am involved in the on-boarding of IT Service Management, processes and tooling solutions, for new and existing clients of DXC. I am responsible for all aspects of the testing within the project: planning, coordination, scheduling, creation of test scenarios and defect management. It also includes keeping the stakeholders informed and satisfactory Sign Off is obtained prior Go Live. End to End User Acceptance Testing is conducted by various DXC operational teams, Clients and 3rd.Parties, based in different countries around the world. The project team members differ per project and it can be 30 to 100 people. I’m in charge of the internal and external communication to all these people: email, presentations, meetings (virtual and face to face). * After Go Life Quality Management support * Key role in testing SAP R/3 4.7 ECC solution for TP&QM stream * Responsible for the preparation of training materials and data * Delivery of training to End Users * Data collection * Working within multicultural environment * Procure- to-Pay responsibilities- Creating Purchase requisitions * Goods receipt, Invoice receipt

* Testing and setting in SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 QM * Cutover activities and system handover to business * Continuous support after Go-live of the system * Coordinating with allocated team Warsaw- Sofia- Varna

* In-out control and DIS system user for raw materials; * Physical and chemical analyses of materials included in the Quality Monitoring Scheme up to Best Practices * Participation in Professional Test Chemicals

* Client Assurance/User Acceptance Testing Lead, responsible to ensure that the client solution is tested end to end by the Operational Teams, Clients and 3rd Parties prior to the Client Go Live. Responsible for all aspects of the testing, coordination, facilitation, planning and scheduling, defect management and resolution and all stakeholders are kept informed and satisfactory Sign Off is received. * Impacts numerous business processes in their Transition and Transformation phase: * Service Exchange * Incident Management * Problem Management * Change management * Configuration Management * Knowledge Management * SLA Management * Service Request Management * ESP Client Portals and Reporting implementation * and the connection between the listed above designed for each client. * Main responsibilities: * Internal and external stakeholder mapping * End-to-end testing, including test scenario management * Risk Management * Communication/escalations to internal and external stakeholders * ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate
