Started as a part-time Forklift Driver, while working at Rubenstein Law, when i was offered the supervisor position, i left Rubenstein Law and went full time into Aeropost. Tasks: Have Arrival Team inspect packages correctly, and that packages get processed into the system on time. Assign a “ready to ship” list to Stock Team to locate and move packages to transport team for wrapping and shipping. Observe Transport Crew has correct packages and are getting Processed, wrapped up and ready to be shipped. Inspect the correct paperwork, and labels are in order from truckers to have the transport crew load their trucks. Teach staff how to use the forklift and safety hazards. I started as a File clerk, a little after i joined the PIP dept, then scanning and finally moved up into Accounting. Also joined the Culture commitee to help set up events and advertisements. TASKS: Accounting clerk ​ : Purchase police reports, Health Records, & Fire rescue reports for cases. Make all deposits for the firm, and enter into our records. Analyze the closing statements, and get the attorney signature in time to create the checks for clients, insurance agencies, and Doctor offices. Quality Control ​ : Create invoices, call clients and offices dealing with the case to enter for firm records. Writing letters and Mailing out checks to people involved with each case. Scanning Dept ​ : This firm is dedicated in going paperless, joining this dept, all files and records are brought to the Dept then scanned and uploaded into the system and afterwards dispose of legal papers with personal information. PIP Assistant ​ : Handled Phone calls, Data Entry, Emailing, Filing, and assisting attorneys with having everything in check for court. Culture Committee ​ : Team building ideas, and assisting with overall employee satisfaction by creating Events for firm employees, as well as thoughtful ideas through the year on different holidays or occasions. Creative thinking, Calling vendors, in charge of payment for vendors, advertisement, materials and locations

-Assist managers with store inventory counts by accurately recognizing product titles, counting quantities, and recording product/count information.
