I most recently worked as a Talent Acquisition Leader within Amazon Web Services. In my nine years at Amazon, I worked as a manager, senior recruiter and program manager in both Seattle, Washington and Sydney, Australia. I am now looking for the next step in my career as a Talent Leader! I have experience in all aspects of the recruiting process and bring extensive technical recruiting knowledge to any team. During my time at Amazon, I built technical recruiting teams that included diversity and inclusion strategies for a 600+ person organization. In my last role I reported to a director who was responsible for all of Amazon/AWS Utility Computing technical recruitment. I owned all Key Performance Metrics and drove conversations related to performance in the Software Development Engineer (SDE) space. My responsibilities included; weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting – specifically highlighting continuous improvements and “think big” initiatives. My team covered SDE hiring globally (AMER, APJC and EMEA) with a focus in North America and Canada.
