- Report maintenance and administration: • Download, test and apply updates and new software versions for the TOP/Platinum Services platform • Create/modify scripts to expand the capabilities of reporting on the TOP/Platinum Services platform • Develop and integrate bash/shell scripts to expand the capabilities of the TOP/Platinum Services platform - Manages top and critical services by verifying the integrity of data sources at a technical level by writing code and resolving them through diagnostic actions; - Delivers standard and Ad-hoc reports to internal clients and coordinates the governance meeting with them from a technical point of view; - Integrates additional data sources through technical feasibility studies and/or customer needs that require code development/modification; - Ensuring the continuous improvement of the TOP/Platinum Services process, by defining and relating software configuration elements, by designing data models, by managing data discovery and analysis tools, in close collaboration with the Technological Architecture and anticipating the evolution of standard solutions for the centers data.

- Provides assistance to the Business Account Manager in the process of selling, developing and maintaining customer relationship; - Running an integrity check process in order to validate the authenticity and accuracy of certain documents and contracts before implementing any type of solution; - Sending to the specialized technical team information needed for processing fixed and mobile voice services, internet and implementation of solutions agreed with the client; - Monitoring the stage of the request implementation by the technical team; - Ensuring a high level of quality in processing requests received, according to the quality standards and the agreed working procedures; - Providing information (by phone or email) to internal clients (Business Account Manager, Sales rep. Etc.), regarding the request stage; - Compliance with privacy standards through a high level of ethics and integrity.

- Analysing and sorting notifications according to the nature of technical situation; - Processing complaints regarding network malfunction; - Creating detailed Excel reports which analyse signal quality and network coverage; - Highlighting areas with signal deficiency and proposing them for future improvements; - Filling in and sending the standard forms to the technical departments; - Checking and sending the answers to complaints to the client.

- Providing the information requested by clients about the features of the new and existing products, for both prepaid card users and those using the subscription service; - Correctly identifying customer’s demand by engaging them in a proactive manner; - Identifying and understanding customer communication necessities in order to offer products and services that suit their needs; - Processing customer requirements and complaints in a professional and polite manner.

- Promoting the products in Colleges, Universities, Stores and Office Buildings; - Having to introduce and present new and existing products to groups of 25 – 35 people; - Giving free samples and selling products to those who were interested; - Provide relevant advice based on clients’ preferences.

- Hosting breakfast in the morning; - Calculating and recording price and profit on products daily; - Ordering the stock for the following day; - Supervising the afternoon staff; - Responsible for restaurant laundry; - Managerial Accounting.
