Currently working in Performance Management, where I support PMS cycles, track employee performance metrics, and help align individual goals with broader organizational objectives. This experience has strengthened my understanding of how HR contributes to organizational effectiveness, employee development, and business performance. Prior to this, I gained experience as an in-house recruiter, managing hiring requirements for technical and engineering roles in the manufacturing industry. I worked closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and close positions while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely fulfillment of manpower requirements. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong interest in strategic HR practices that improve workforce performance and operational efficiency. I enjoy learning about evolving HR practices, analyzing people processes, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational growth.
