A professional with more than 25 years of experience in port operations, logistics, and container terminal operations. I have a strong track record in operational management, business development, yard and terminal operations, as well as cross-agency coordination (OGA). My career has grown over more than two decades at KSO TPK Koja, starting as Chief of Yard Operation and progressing to Terminal Operation Manager, where I managed daily terminal activities with a focus on efficiency, productivity, safety, and customer service. With an educational background from the Merchant Marine Academy (AIP/PLAP) and extensive professional training—ranging from port management and container logistics to the ISPS Code and leadership—I am experienced in leading large teams, managing operational risks, developing performance improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and port regulations.
