* Responsibilities: * Developing and conducting ecologically valid experiments to test staff performance in an organisational setting. * Conducting and interpreting statistical analyses and results into an easy to understand format for Australia Passports. * Conducting literature reviews and synthesising information regarding facial recognition. * Writing ethics applications and psychological reports. Achievements * Developed and performed interviews with passport officers to gain important qualitative information to enhance the ecological validity of experiments.

* Responsibilities: * Screening participants for eligibility and for psychological difficulties. * Administering study to participants using a range of valid psychometric scales. * Conducting literature reviews on psychological constructs relevant to anxiety in children who stutter. * Writing SPSS syntax to conduct statistical analyses. * Writing and modifying ethics applications. * Creating SPSS codebooks. Achievements: * Increased recruitment of a hard to reach population (children aged 7 – 11 who stutter) by networking with speech pathologists and other researchers.
