Manage the design deliverables in accordance with Client's expectation. Co-ordinate all design matters between the Client, Design team and third party specialist designers. Review and monitor the Design team's design process and procedures ensuring distribution of all design information and documentation to all relevant parties.

I worked as a design architect and I was the contact person for the subcontractors, too.

I worked at the consultancy with a group of architects on several projects. We used ArchiCAD for design.

As a Design Manager I worked on several projects as: Port of Duqm, Armed Forced Hospital extension, Officers’ Club (5 hotel) and Car Showrooms.

Prepared the planning process. Revised the drawings, checked the content; revised the tender and execution plans, prepared time schedule, co-ordinated the design deliverables, the approval of proposed finishing materials. As a member of the project management team I was working closely with the Client, FIDIC and the Constructor. Provided direct interface between client staff / departments, consultants, agencies.

Prepared and coordinated smaller investments, refurbishments on the territory of the airport. I was summing up the demands of the tenants, was the contact person with the designer, executor and airport operation too.

As a Project Manager I worked on a construction of Industrial complex (Fabrication shop and Corporate office building) in Muscat, As a designer worked on a few villa projects in Muscat
