Managed the legal affairs of the Wizz Air Group during a period of exceptional growth from start-up to becoming the largest low cost carrier in Central Eastern Europe. Oversaw every legal aspect of the Group’s business in all countries of operation.

• Managed multi-jurisdictional feasibility studies and implementation advice for e-business projects. • Contributed to and coordinated various business development activities of PwC and affiliated legal practices focused on e-business, commercial & competition law and EU law.

• Provided legal advice and transaction support to foreign clients acquiring Hungarian companies in various industry sectors. As a member of multi-disciplinary teams, performed due diligence reviews, drafted transaction documents in privatization and M&A deals. • Acted for multinational companies in the incorporation of, and tax-driven transactions through, Hungarian offshore companies.
